1) What is included in the tour fees?
Food and beverage, cruise fees, activities fees, Insurance, service fees.
2) Where is the departure & return location?
We have 2 Departures venues based on the package:
- For Sunset Cruise will be at Telaga Harbour Marina.
- For Premium Sunset Cruise and Premium Day Cruise will be at Royal Langkawi Yacht Club.
3) Is carpark available at the departure point? Do I need to pay for it?
Yes for both Jetty. Telaga Harbour Marina is free. Meanwhile, Royal Langkawi Yacht Club will be RM5/car.
4) What can I do on the cruise?
For activities, please check while purchasing your package.
5) What items do we need to prepare for the cruise?
Towel, sunblock, swimming attire and clean clothes after water activities.
6) What are prohibited on the cruise?
Drugs and hard liquors are prohibited on board the cruise.
7) Can pets be allowed to board on cruise?
No, all pets are not allowed to be board on cruise.
8) Is there a toilet on the cruise?
Yes, the toilet available on the cruise.
9) Under what circumstances the trip will be cancelled?
If storm and big waves, we have to cancel the trip due to safety, but if it is shower rain, the trip will go on as planned.
10) If foul weather occurs during the scheduled date, can the cruise be rescheduled or refunded?
Yes, if foul weather occurred during the scheduled date, you may reschedule the date or ask for a refund.
11) What happens if the yacht can't operate during the scheduled date?
In the event of mechanical difficulties, or other reasons whatsoever. The cruise you’ve booked will be rearranged by the company to a different yacht without prior notice or you may reschedule the date if available.
12) Will I be notified if the cruise will be delayed or cancelled on the same day as scheduled?
We will notify you on the same day of the departure time. Please be sure to check-in at respective marina first.
