Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


  • There will be no refund in case of “No Show” or “Late for Departure”.
  • If foul weather occur on scheduled departure time, decision of departure falls on company or captain on duty to decide based on experience with safety measures.
  • In the event of cancellation due to foul weather prior to scheduled departure time, payment that received shall refund 95% if guests cannot be rescheduled to another date.
